sole partners limited is led by Victoria Giordano. She is supported by a group of freelance business professionals who step-in as and when the business needs additional or diverse, specialist support. Victoria and her team manage events and campaigns from conceptual design, through planning, budget management, resourcing, supplier negotiation and delivery on-time, on-budget everytime.
The client base is diverse, it includes large corporates, event management agencies, local businesses and people of Hampshire. Our events and campaigns include everything from conferences, exhibition management, sponsorship sales, team building, awareness raising, charity events and engagement campaigns.
Victoria's first quest alone was in 2003 when she opened an edgy shoe shop in Southsea called Sole Cafe. She set up a fruitful partnership with a family run factory in Spain where they produced unique, high end footwear for this very inspiring boutique. Victoria incorporated top end brands such as Lulu Guinness, Oliver Sweeney and Jeffrey-West. The shop threw regular 'Champagne & Shoe' parties for a growing database of fans and the business was always profitable. Sole Cafe Ltd won a handful of Business Excellence Awards as well as Small Business of the Year from Business Link & Portsmouth University. Victoria sold the business in 2006.
Victoria qualified with a Diploma in Direct Marketing at Kings College, London and has worked in the events arena since 1995. She climbed the ladder to senior management of one of the world's leading international event management agencies before changing direction to launch her first business on her 30th birthday. Having dabbled in retail and enjoying the experiential element of boutique shopping, she launched sole partners Ltd in 2009 returning to a world she knows and loves - events!
