A British Police Officer with Thames Valley Police for 15 years. Justin joined the Police cadets aged just 16. During his service he held a number of roles including investigation, public disorder and mounted Police experience. Justin started a new venture in 2009. In only 3 years, he took the company from zero to £1.8 million turnover with substantial profitability year on year.
In 2012 the Company was sold to a larger Company in the same industry. Justin and Luke now run Crimewave as co-Directors.
Paul joined Crimewave in June 2014 having previously spent 30 years working in central government (the Foreign & Commonwealth Office) heading up teams in the areas of resource management, financial compliance, business redevelopment and training .
The move to Crimewave in 2014 was a natural progression for him to pursue his interest in the areas of loss prevention and security. His current areas of responsibilities are lead auditor for a number of Costa and KFC contracts.
