I have worked in senior HR management roles in retail businesses such as
developing and delivering HR strategies and leading large HR and learning and development teams. In more recent years I have worked as an independent consultant supporting a variety of national and local businesses across all industries and public sector organisations and have demonstrated how developing your people can really add value to an organisation.
