In the Spring of 2016 GameCAB launched a range of gaming chairs and desks for use with driving, flying, and space simulation games. The new range known simply as GameCAB immediately came to be popular with fans of the space sim genre due to the fantastic success of Elite Dangerous and the hype surrounding the upcoming Star Citizen.

Company History
During the summer of 2006 the company founder Christian Marriott decided to fulfill an idea that he held for over 20 years and build a home arcade machine based upon the cocktail table arcade machines that had been so popular during his 1980's youth. Out of several months of research and development was born a fantastic two player arcade table based on PC architecture and playing many games emulated through the MAME emulation program. Unfortunately, due to financial circumstances single dad Christian was soon forced to put the machine up for sale on eBay. The sale generated lots of interest and the machine sold for a healthy profit, this prompted Christian to set up in business making retro styled arcade machines for the home games room market using proper arcade hardware.
Starting from very humble beginnings with Christian Initially working from the garden shed in-between shifts at a local hospital. Elite Arcades as we where then known, slowly grew to become the UK's best-known company supplying arcade machines into the luxury home games room market.
In the Summer of 2014, a new company 'GameCAB Limited' was formed with Christians partner Jane Stevenson joining the company as admin and finance director, this has allowed Christian time to develop new products and focus on growing the GameCAB brand which focuses on gaming and simulation furniture.
Today GameCAB has a dedicated team of skilled technicians who build our arcade machines in a purpose built manufacturing workshop on the banks of the river Churnet in the historic market town of Leek in the Staffordshire moorlands. Christian still supervises production on a daily basis to ensure that all GameCAB Arcade Machines are built to uncompromising standards.
