Established in 1997, as a partnership between Howard Steel – the group property chairman of Greene King and Gordon Birchall a well respected and well known commercial property surveyor based in Ipswich. Birchall Steel has been party to many transactions on a local scale in Sudbury and the surrounding areas, as well as much further afield with a wide variety of local, regional and national clients.
Gordon Birchall remains an integral part of the company today acting as director. Gordon's extensive knowledge of the local market gained through 35 years of active experience has made him a specialist.
