Tom started working in the estate agency industry in 2003 and has seen the ups and downs of the housing market over the past years. Working across West Sussex Tom has accumulated experience in managing and negotiating successful property completions in varying price brackets and market conditions. Before setting up Bell & Blake with Andy and Levi, Tom managed one of the most successful branches within a leading national estate agency chain. Tom's loves working in Chichester, the town in which he was raised and educated, he is very proud of what Bell & Blake have achieved so far but hopes to continue to grow the business through repeat business and recommendations.
Outside of Bell and Blake Tom is a family man with three children in the spare time he does have, you will find him on his kayak or on a river bank fishing or cycling over the South Downs.
Sarah is the newest addition to the Bell and Blake team. Originally from Chichester, Sarah travelled the globe extensively for work and pleasure and has since returned to settle down and have a family. Sarah has worked in a variety of challenging positions, but found a love for property whilst working in estate agency in the local area. Thanks to this experience, after her second child, she keenly followed her school friend Tom’s new venture at Bell and Blake and was then asked to join the team as their first employee.
