Working in operational risk management for the insurance industry, Paul was a Principal Consultant for Aviva Risk Management Solutions before setting up his own consultancy company. Paul has been at the cutting edge of risk management working in sectors such as construction, utilities, health & social care, publishing and retail. Paul has written IOSH and CIWM accredited courses and is a Graduate Member of the Institute of Fire Engineers, a Chartered Member of the Institute of Occupational Health and Safety and an Associate of the Institute of Risk Management.

Paul is passionate about health and safety. In his own words “Health and Safety is about looking after your greatest asset…your people. Yes it’s about common sense but sometimes this needs a structured approach to make sure that you haven’t missed anything. Health and Safety should not be a barrier to a successful and vibrant business but integral to it”
