Courtyard Property Consultants provide a new approach to selling houses. It is based on a very simple premise that by getting to know your property and your views, we can matchmake your property with a buyer. We are able to do this because we limit the number of properties in our portfolio to those we know we can sell.

There’s nothing worse for sellers or buyers than the nervous viewing. At Courtyard we show the buyers round your house; thereby avoiding all the uncomfortable situations. This way we can point out all the fabulous features of the property and the area, answer any questions and provide a relaxed environment for the buyer to enjoy your house.

We use all the usual methods to get your property noticed; but the difference lies in our relationships with buyers – as many of our sales are completed before the board even goes up. The details we prepare for sale are different too; we find the feature that sells your house and use that as the lead image; so if we need to sell it inside out or back to front, we will.

Selling advice

We will give you an honest appraisal of what you do or don’t need to do to sell your house. That doesn’t mean that we will tell you to rip your kitchen out and paint every room magnolia – we’ll simply show you the best way to prepare your house for sale.
