My apprenticeship in the world of lettings started in 1991 when I arrived in the UK from Hong Kong and answered a local advertisement for a “secretary in a busy lettings office in Dauntsey”. This was Zodiac Lettings Agency and the “office” was, in fact, a garage but the business grew and we were soon located in High Street premises in Malmesbury.
In 1997, Knight Frank took over Zodiac and I headed up the Knight Frank Cirencester Lettings office. After three years with Knight Frank, the opportunity to buy the business arrived and I re-branded it
After six years I sold the business but after two years trying other careers, I knew that I wished to continue to pursue my career in rentals. I have now chosen a route that will allow me to concentrate on the parts of the business I most enjoy, hence the birth of S
