Having obtained several quotes for our kitchen extension, Palmer Developments provided a fair costing and stayed within budget throughout the project. Palmer Developments recently completed work for us to re-render and stabilise a wall and investigate and fill a hole which had appeared in our back yard. The work was carried out in an efficient, professional and courteous manner by the staff and the quality of work produced was excellent and fit for purpose. Have now got a fabulous new bathroom thanks to palmer developments. They completed gutted the old one, insulated it all, new door, window and radiator and new bathroom suite. Very reasonable cost- no unexpected bills at the end and only paid when all the work was completed. Wayne was very helpful with suggestions for our small bathroom. The team were lovely, cleaned up very well after themselves and a big plus – didn’t patronise me or suggest I discuss things with my husband first, which other companies did! Confidently left in the house whilst we were at work from the first day. Would definitely recommend them and have already asked for a quote for further work to be done.
The job entailed the removal of a large area of flat roofing and the replacement of it with pitched roofs. From the moment we met Wayne we found him very trustworthy and were confident that our job would be undertaken to the highest standards. We were not disappointed. The job was completed by an exemplary team, exactly to our specification and plans, was completed on time, and on budget. Everything was done in a very professional manner, from the initial quotation, the timetabling of the work, the protection of the house during some very inclement weather after the old roof had been removed, the quality of the workmanship of the various trades on-site, the dealings with the local council building control, and the office support including interim and final accounts. All in all a first class job of which we are very pleased. Without any hesitation we would highly recommend Palmer Developments.
