Welcome to T-SEC. This company was founded by two brothers, James & Richard Turner. James is an ex Royal Marine Commando who completed several tours of duty including Iraq, Northern Ireland and Sierra Leone. Richard Turner is an ex RAF Regiment Gunner. He also completed several tours of duty including Iraq and multiple tours of Afghanistan. Upon leaving the military both brothers went on to successfully complete courses in Close Protection as instructed by Ex SAS personnel, including Surveillance and Counter Surveillance awareness as instructed by Ex SRR personnel. Between us both we have over 17 years’ experience working in security.
Our military backgrounds and subsequent courses geared us up perfectly for careers within the civilian security industry. Unfortunately while working in the civilian sector, doing all different types of security, it rapidly became apparent just how poorly trained, badly equipped and unprofessional a lot of people in the industry are and, even more disconcerting, how some of the practices we’ve witnessed are actually dangerous!
It was our observations of low quality individuals both in management and on the front line that led us to create our own unique company. A company where all employees are hand-picked by us, to our own high and exacting standards formed out of our military backgrounds. Every security officer is highly trained, well equipped, trustworthy, confident, a quick and decisive thinker, thoroughly professional and an excellent communicator, as well as being SIA Licensed.
