It's always frustrating when an appliance breaks down or doesn't work properly. In recent years I have found that service in general has deteriorated. It seems to be difficult to speak to someone quickly and I end up not being able to get through on the phone. Then, when I get a response, it's ages before anyone can come round to fix it. This time, I had a TOTALLY different experience 😀. My washing machine is still under guarantee, so I contacted Beko first- very efficient and friendly. I was told that TK Garnham would be dealing with the repair. They were speedy in contacting me and arranging a date to fix it. Extremely friendly and informative. The engineer was professional and helpful and the whole process was painless. I then looked on their website to discover how much more they can offer, such as sales. I will definitely use them in future. I write this long review as this kind of service is becoming increasingly difficult to find and I feel it should be praised when it occurs. Believe me, I speak from experience!
