We have recently refurbished our entire gym and now boast Rye’s most equipped and professional health and fitness suite, we have also added a Health and Well-being Bar which offers Luxury Coffee’s, Fresh Fruit Juices and a wide variety of training supplements to suit every training goal and nutritional need. We at Harbour Health Club understand that in order for individual fitness goals to be achieved there needs to be more than just gym equipment and programmes offered, with that in mind our Health and Well-being Bar was built based on the principle that, coupled with our relaxing seating area, our bar boosts the social side of Harbour Health Club and creates a friendly and enjoyable place that members want to visit time and again.
