After 11 years in the industry A2B founder Karen Burke set the company up two years ago in order to bring the assisted move process to the market place. After spending many years in customer relation roles she understands what it takes to give her customers the best experience.
She is passionate about service and believes that the assisted move process is perfect in cases where vendors are wary of undertaking the house sale process on their own, “We offer a courteous and supportive service, often to elderly and retired people who can be nervous about the cut and thrust of selling a house”. Her wealth of knowledge within the industry gives peace of mind to every client and their families knowing they are in safe hands.
Genna has always had a real passion for performing arts and regularly attends the theatre. After studying for three years at MADD gaining skills in dance drama and singing, she spent a year performing abroad before returning to the UK. Genna spends her spare time teaching fit steps in local gymns and teaches Stage Coach to 5 to 15 year olds at weekends. Genna’s claim to fame was when she took part in an episode of ITV’s Emmerdale and toured in the production of Blood Brothers.
Since joining A2B Genna has managed to use her positive and can do attitude and work it into her Sales Progressor role. Her kind and friendly approach is a real asset to the company. Genna loves to learn and takes on new challenges every day, she enjoys working with people of all ages and greets everyone with a smile.
Jean spent many years as a supervisor in the electronics industry, she would be responsible for hitting deadlines and making sure production ran smoothly and on time.
