My organisation has been using Rescue North East as one of our main training providers for the past three years. They have delivered initial DEFRA 3 courses as well as SWAH and Risk Assessment training with some very good feedback from both myself as the customer but more so from our staff as the end users. What makes RNE one of our favorite providers is due to the fact that they have endeavored to tailor all our training to suit our needs both as an organisation but more so with certain individuals within the Unit. As such, a clinical element has been introduced in all their training, which support our aims and objectives in terms of delivering patient care in hazardous areas. The individual reports following each course is providing all the operatives involved with some very valuable feedback and action plans to work on their strengths and weaknesses and more so provide our organisation some very solid and credible assurance that out staff are safe to operate in those environments safely. We will continue to develop our working relationship with RNE to further enhance our capability and quality of staff training and development.
Having recently participated in the Defra 2 first responder course myself, I can honestly say it was one of the enjoyable courses I have ever attended. Knowing our High Volume Pump teams have completed the training to such a high standard gives me confidence that we are equipped with the knowledge to deal with most situations we will deal with. I have never received such positive feedback from a large group about one course! We look forward to working with Paul and his team in the future on similar projects.
Excellent service provided all staff very professional and easy approachable and able to talk about issues regarding services provided – good job done all round would defiantly recommend and use their services again.
