Bev was latterly an Insolvency Director at Begbies Traynor in Nottingham. As such she has an insight into SME’s and other financial drivers and can give far more input than just managing the practice. She has decided to relinquish her insolvency past and has joined forces with us to provide an efficient and friendly service to ourselves and our clients.

Pip's expertise is corporate commercial and business law with over 20 years' experience. She has been a partner at Spearing Waite, Nelsons and Bray and Bray in Leicester.

She is sympathetic to business needs having started and run her own business and also developed property abroad and in the buy-to-let market in the UK. Pip pays attention to detail and above all has a caring and nurturing approach towards her clients.

Pip deals with international business matters without problem, often using her overseas contacts built up over many years. She has an equally vast network of UK contacts she has known personally for over 20 years including accountants, banks, business and other professionals.

He has over 30 years experience and was one of the founder members of Butler Chaplin & Fielding Solicitors in Nottingham; an equity partner and board member at Nelsons Solicitors Nottingham, and also an Equity partner, director and board member at Cartwright King Solicitors Nottingham. Simon has seen the big firm politics and realises none of it helps the client.
