We now fully use Skype for web meetings and screen sharing which cuts travel costs and reduces time travelling to and from meetings. As well as utilising Skype, we are also now utilising cloud technology to securely transfer files to and from clients meaning that transferring large files/quantities of files is no longer an issue.
