New to 3D printing but an engineer, was hopeful Ultimaker 2 may help get a concept enclosure printed to show colleagues. Fortunately came across Dream 3D team who took time to look at emailed picture of idea & send a printed sample similar in dimensions to inspect. Bought printer on strength of this – helpful advice & support – very friendly team, excellent service, thoroughly recommend to others

From placing order, through shipping and getting started service has been impeccable. i would recommend to anyone. It is said that customer services are the new sales, with that in mind the team at Dream 3D deserve continued success. Very many thanks guys.

After needing a 3D printer for an important project in the office we purchased an Ultimaker 2 Extended and received it the next day! Having found out that the glass plate was missing, I contacted Dream 3D and they had it sorted within the hour and another plate was on its was to us. Everything from the live chat on their website to the purchasing was so hassle-free!

My experience with Dream 3D was very very good. I didn’t want to wait for the delivery so arranged to pick up a Ultimaker 2 machine same day as ordering. From ordering to collection was 2 hours. The machine all worked as it should and I’m a very happy bunny.

Brilliant product from a fantastic company, if only all on-line shops had such great customer service. We bought the Replicator 2 (5th gen) which turned up within 2 days as promised, once out of the box it was up and running in less than 45 mins creating a fully working nut and bolt.
