Most small firms do not comply with the Health and Safety at Work Act of 1974 (HSAWA74). The majority are aware of this and want to comply but they have concerns that once they attempt safety improvements they could be opening a can of worms and this could lead to bigger issues.

All of our advisers are listed on the Occupational Safety and Health Consultants Register (OSHCR), from a specialised background we have experience of being on both sides of the fence. They didn’t just invent themselves as Health and Safety Advisers they are experienced in their own rights in one single sector. We will not allow an Adviser to enter into areas outside of their sector, as the majority of consultancy companies do. We try understand your business and start by helping you manage the introduction of safety. Initially we start at a basic common sense level of compliance with the HSAW74. Then when you understand the process we continuously improve your health and safety culture to an agreed level.
