Ashley is our Director and founder of Warmserve. Ashley Is also a technical engineer and is a Gas Safe Registered engineer and also an OFTEC oil engineer. Ashley has been highly trained by Worcester-Bosch and other boiler manufacturers to offer you the best in advice on designing and planning systems. Ashley over see’s all the day to day running of the business.
Mark has been with the company since 2011 as a Gas Engineer, In 2016 Mark received a promotion to Manager for Swansea which changed his role to quoting and quality checking work and engineers so we can offer our customers the best possible service. Mark will probably be the first face you see while visiting for a quote. Mark has kept his Gas Safe Registration and is still constantly trained by Worcester-Bosch and other boiler manufacturers to offer you the best advice and to keep up to date with new legislation.
Sophie is our office manager. Sophie will usually be the first person you speak to when you phone to book a job or quote. Sophie has many years as an office manager in the engineering sector and can help with all enquiries and requests.
