FM4U provides us with a first class service, they are reliable, friendly, fast and focused. We find them cost effective and use them as a “one stop shop” for all of our requirements in the practice. We recently had infection control flooring laid in the practice, the job was completed to a very high standard and the practice was left immaculate with everything back in its rightful place. We have used the company for several projects now, ranging from simple decorating of rooms, to complete conversions. Both the office staff and the workman are very approachable and friendly. Just wanted to share an experience with you. Yesterday I came in to a massive flood in our patient records room. Water was gushing through the ceiling and I thought the ceiling might come through! It turned out that it was our boiler upstairs and after getting buckets to collect the water then messing around with loads of valves to stop the water, I contacted FM4U. Their manager was out here at the practice by 8.30am to check the damage. A builder was on site 15 minutes later looking at what tiles needed replacing and sorting us out a carpet sucker and a dehumidifier, and an electrician was on site by 9.30am fixing our lights and then the plumber came later on and our boilers are now back in working order. All of this meant it was just business as usual for us and it really didn’t affect us much at all. This was such an efficient service that I still managed to get to the Chris Hole conference on time knowing that it was all sorted out. If I had had to do all of that work myself, there is no way I would have been at the conference as the whole of my day would have been sorting the mess out and probably some of today too! I would definitely recommend them to you.
The help and assistance I received from Andrew and Karyn at FM4U was excellent. The free advice given on Legislation and Standards around Compliance was invaluable and explained in simple understandable terms. Not only did they manage to arrange for all work to be carried out at a time convenient to the Practice, but at competitive prices too! I will certainly be contacting them again in the future.
I would also like to take this opportunity to say how pleased I am with the service that you are providing to our practice. It has really helped me knowing that I can ask you to arrange the services for me knowing that you will get the best price for me. I have no doubt that I will be calling you again with more services I need in the future. I think the idea of having all of the information on the portal that you have is a great idea so that we only need to log on and see what checks have been done and what checks still need to be done.
