Shallcross Developments was founded in 1969 by Mr Peter Shallcross.
Peters son Simon Shallcross has worked within the company for 25 years. Simon is the Director and will be on site for every phase of construction.

Shallcross builders are highly recommended. From our first meeting to completion they provided a bespoke service. The project has been professionally supervised by the owner who ensured that each stage of the work me our expectations. The site was kept clean and tidy throughout and temporary facilities were provided throughout to reduce any inconvenience. We were most impressed with the specialist tradesmen and the quality of the work they provided.
It is a new build house we are doing. It is the first time we have worked together. Simon is very professional, thorough, and very constructive about things- he is working for us as a main contractor. He has good subcontractors and they work well together- tried and tested on site. He is good at managing them to get everything complete. He is doing an excellent job for us. He is competitive and is very good at his job. I would recommend him.
Simon and his team were hired to convert our loft into an open space office and TV room with a bathroom and drying room. To a man every member of the team was polite and friendly especially with our two young sons. They managed the work to minimise disruption to ourselves and always cleared up at the end of the day. Communication though out the project was excellent and they were always willing to let us come and see the progress. The loft conversion was finished within the agreed timescales and we are really pleased with the final outcome. The work is all to a high standard and we are really looking forward to using the additional space. We would be happy for anyone to contact us to discuss the project.
