Our distance learning courses are very popular. We are the first UK based team of psychologists who specialise in mindfulness through our bespoke Mindful in Action Programme (MIAP), tailored to meet your specific needs. All our psychologists are trained to doctorate level, we combine cutting edge mindfulness research with psychological coaching and we pride ourselves on the commitment and level of service we deliver to you.
We work with a wide range of business clients, including individual clients and group work. Some contact us with feelings of burn out, restlessness, unhappiness, wanting to access and sustain psychological change .
Others have histories of depression, anxiety addiction. Our psychologists are highly skilled in supporting clients make meaningful behavioural change with reducing alcohol, recreational drug intake and within eating and smoking patterns. We don't just work with addiction, we also offer a bespoke coaching service that can help you make the changes you seek to achieve your goals.
