Directors Phil Parkes and Brett Pearn employ their combined experience of almost 50 years working in the property industry, along with cutting edge technology and systems to ensure an unrivalled service is provided.

They are joined by Simon Terrell - Sales Manager - who also brings in excess of 20 years dedicated estate agency expertise himself. We are backed up by our Sales Support Team of  Amy Wilson and Judith Jardine.

Operating in both corporate and independent estate agency since 1992, Phil progressed to Senior Management positions throughout his career, gaining vast experience and local knowledge along the way, and now specialises in selling homes across South East Cornwall in town, rural and coastal locations.

In 2013 the time was right to put his skills and values into practice in a fresh new venture. After years of planning, Phil joined long term friend and business associate Brett Pearn and Parkes & Pearn Property Consultants was born.

Having lived in Cornwall since birth, Brett attended Liskeard School and then went on to study Business and Finance at Saltash and later Cornwall College.

With a long standing and keen interest in property and business, experience in commercial retailing and catering, small industrial units, residential renovations and conversions, Brett can offer a level of understanding of such enterprises combined with first hand property portfolio management, a service which may not be available from other Estate Agents. Couple this real world experience with professional qualifications and time spent operating in the Financial Services area from 1997-2016, Brett can draw on his specialist background knowledge for the benefit of our vendors and purchasers through his previous time as a mortgage and insurance adviser.
