The Management Team constists of a group of individuals with a wealth of experience in Engineering, Construction, Landscaping and Fibreglass Fabrication, who have turned their skills into producing an outstanding safe exterior flooring surface. The MD Trevor Pass and his Team are committed to ensuring high standards and providing quality products and a great service to their customers. If our customers are happy, then we are happy.
The creation of DectoSafe Ltd initially was down to three people who were already working together, Trevor Pass our founder and Managing Director of the Company, David Hadley and Wayne Matthews who believed that there was a genuine need of a solution to help prevent many people suffering sometimes serious injuries from falling and slipping on unsafe surfaces around their homes and work places. Since then the management team has been joined by Matt Kasza bringing additional skills and ideas such as the Dectosafe wall panel range that continues to grow.
The concept behind the DectoSafe Non Slip Decking Board came about due to a family member of one of the Team who suffered a serious injury as a result of a fall on her slippery decking. This is how the idea of producing a non slip solution to this ever increasing problem evolved.

Dectosafe exhibited and had a stand at Caterex 2016, our third year at the Show which helps us showcase the range of Dectosafe offerings. Previously we received an award for Best Non Food Stand, this year we were awarded Best Overall Stand. All the work for this was done in house by 'The Team' and is a wonderful achievement. The show its self is aimed at catering and hospitality market in Lincolnshire and surrounding area. This brings in Managers and business owners that have premises that are used by the public ranging from Ice Cream Kiosks through to Hotels and Leisure facilities all of whom may have applications for our products for safety or hygiene reasons. We have forged many lasting relationships and made some good friends from this show!

Dectosafe have donated both the materials including the Dectosafe Non Slip Decking Boards and the Labour for this ramp at The Askfield Project, to make access to the facilities easier for the less able bodied clients and the use of some coloured decking boards will also help the visually impaired.
