The increasing complexity in the projects Arc Energy’s UK offices were delivering had generated a need to up-skill a range of their staff to manage multiple, interconnected projects, as well as improving the efficiency of their project management function across the business.
Mulberry, the luxury fashion house, famous for its handbags contacted Exelin when they were looking to increase output from the factory in Chilcompton, Somerset, before investing in their new £7.5million Bridgwater based factory which opened in 2013. The existing factory had grown to the point where there was no further space for expansion.

The Royal Bath & West of England Society CEO, Rupert Cox contacted Exelin after he had difficulties finding suitable leadership training for his senior staff, including three experienced leaders and three aspiring leaders. Initial discussions also highlighted a large proportion of project work being carried out by The Royal Bath and West team – another area which Rupert felt his team would benefit from receiving support on.
