Since those early days Go Andes has grown into a leading tailor made holiday company for South America providing a range of holidays to countries including Peru, Ecuador and the Galapagos Islands, Chile, Argentina and Bolivia.

- We are a small independent company and therefore don't have the huge infrastructure costs of many other holiday providers so we can pass these benefits on to our customers giving you excellent value. In addition we use our expertise to hand-pick our accommodation choices, tours and excursions to provide the best quality experiences.
- You can travel with us with confidence that your holiday is 100% financially protected. - Our holidays are a blend of private transfers and travel with shared small group excursions. Private excursions are also available in most destinations for an upgrade. We genuinely believe this is the best way to explore South America: we escort you through your holiday giving you the peace of mind to relax and enjoy your trip knowing we're always with you, the freedom to experience each destination without being burdened as part of a large group, and the flexibility to allow us to tailor your holiday and, in most instances, provide departures 365 days of the year. We do not provide fixed departure escorted group holidays with rigid itineraries.
- We hand-select our accommodation options to provide the best experiences in each destination choosing central hotels in cities, excellent eco-friendly lodges in the Amazon, and hotels in stunning locations amidst amazing scenery in remote locations such as Patagonia. Where possible we focus on independent and boutique hotels that offer something different such as an onsite museum or a garden to attract hummingbirds, and have a range of choices in each location so can be flexible to suit your requirements.
- Our expert local guides care for and escort you through your holiday always meeting you on arrival or to escort you to/from airports, hotels, for excursions and whenever required. For peace of mind we provide our customers the phone numbers of each of our guides in our Welcome Pack, and we also have a 24-hour UK customer phone number. Someone is always on hand to help you, no matter what you need us for.
- Whether you are choosing one of our suggested holidays or have designed a tailor made trip when you are 100% happy with it just let us know and we will send you our booking details. We need a deposit payment to reserve the holiday for you with the balance due 60 days before travelling. You can pay by credit card or bank transfer, and all payments are made into our trust account so you are 100% financially protected. Once your booking is confirmed we send you a welcome pack in the post which includes information to help you prepare for your trip, such as suggested packing lists, maps and information guides.
We are a small independent company with a very passionate and knowledgeable team who have all spent a great deal of time living and travelling in South America. Our smaller size means we don't have the huge overheads of larger businesses so can pass these benefits on to our customers, and our knowledge and passion for South America means our holidays are all carefully crafted to include the best quality excursions, hand-selected hotels and fabulous experiences working together with our incredible partners in South America.
Here at Go Andes we pride ourselves on being transparent with our costs and what is included on our holidays. We don't artificially lower the advertised cost of our holidays by only providing "optional" excursions at additional costs, and the last thing we want is for you to get a costly surprise during your trip.
If you find an exact copy of one of our holidays available elsewhere at a cheaper price, or if you have seen a holiday elsewhere that you prefer, we will provide you with an identical holiday at a better price.
Either send us a copy of the original holiday document via email or a link to the holiday company website where you have seen the holiday.
If it meets the conditions and we are physically capable of providing the holiday (we work with the same hotels, operate the same excursions and so on) we will provide you with an identical holiday itinerary at a better price.
The Price Promise only applies to the original quote provided by the alternative holiday company, not subsequent quotes if they have reduced their price for you. Although we will always try honour our Price Promise to give you our best price in these situations we reserve the right to not beat the price on subsequent quotes by other companies.
