A3 Training was formed in 2012 by two practicing consultants and experienced trainers whose aim is to help organisations improve their business.
We are qualified in our respective disciplines and both share these same values:
We are active supporters of the training and consultancy professions and, as well as our individual accreditations and support of our Professional Institutes, we are an Approved Training Centre with the Chartered Management Institute and Institute of Consulting.
Working across all sectors at home and abroad we offer a blended learning approach rather than an ‘off the shelf’ package. Although A3 Training Ltd is a small company it is fair to say that we punch above our weight and have beaten much bigger competitors to win contracts with large Government departments and the private sector. Our blended approach can be delivered as part of a bespoke client-based programme, one of our popular open courses or as a distance learning package.
However, training on its own is often not enough and, because we are experienced practitioners, we can provide real ‘hands on’ practical support with our Support-2-Practice programmes until a sustainable in-house capability has been established; only then can an organisation claim to have consolidated its learning investment and started its Continuous Improvement journey.

Our specialities include design & delivery of bespoke courses for groups of up to 12 delegates. Our qualified tutors work with you to form the content and then also deliver it, thereby providing a closer fit to your company’s culture.
