Unlike many other small online retailers in this industry, we are truly UK based. This means fast delivery and no hidden taxes/duties for UK and EU customers. Our office is based in South East London, and our warehouse is located in Northampton.
We never stock a product that we have not fully tested, evaluated and understood. All product photography and descriptions on the site are our own, requiring us to get to grips with all aspects and features of every item in the range. We have been advising customers on kit for years and are always more than happy to do so. We aim to keep on top of the latest product developments from major manufacturers and even advise on DIY solutions.
We insist on high standards for quality, reliability and safety across our entire product range, so problems are relatively rare, however if you find any issues, we offer a 1 year warranty on all items (5 year extended warranty on certain products). We are able to provide cost-free replacement/repair for our customers, and also hold certain spare parts from manufacturers so that we can sometimes fix issues without the need for a return at all.
Genuine interest in the items we sell has led us to forge excellent relationships with manufacturers and suppliers. We often contribute to product design and relay customer feedback to input to the design process. These close relationships allow us to get priority stock, evaluate pre-production prototypes and also obtain the best possible prices which we pass on to customers.
Fast Forward Time Began in 2010 as a specialist retailer of time-lapse equipment (the reason behind our name). We quickly went on to stock a much wider variety of DSLR and other video production equipment and have been building on our range ever since, striving to create a “one-stop-shop” for video production. We began in April 2010, trading from a small warehousing/storage unit in Forest Hill. In November 2013, we moved to into our first office/showroom in Dulwich, South East London, and in early 2016 we expanded to move our warehousing to a location in Northampton, whilst keeping a London office. We are a small passionate business built completely from scratch and based on providing excelent service. We rely on repeat business from our loyal customers, so please help us keep growing.
