Rainbow Social Care Ltd based in Wokingham and provides 24 hour home care services to adults and the elderly in need of short or long-term personal, physical and domestic support to meet their daily needs in the comfort of their homes.

On the following pages, we describe in detail the content and conditions of availability of individual services. Unfortunately, there is no escape route to illness, old age and death. Therefore, with a team of experienced colleagues, we want to help to restore health quickly wherever possible and to ensure dignified conditions of existence to the last moment where it is not possible.

Before providing any services we will need to talk with you as the person who is going to be receiving the service, perhaps with your family, and with the social work department which contacted us. At the very outset we need to be sure that the services we provide are going to be suitable for you.
