With over 18 years experience in healthcare and 7 years experience as a trust lead for quality governance, the challenge of consultancy and being able to share good practice to improve the safety of quality and care resulted in Quality Governance Solutions Limited.
Suzanne has an enthusiastic, dynamic approach, and can work with you to develop the right support for your organisation. This can range from diagnosis through to implementing the solutions with you. Whilst we offer a range of packages we are also happy to develop a tailor made package to meet your requirements.

Likewise, should Quality Governance Solutions support your service professionally, this will be declared as a conflict of interest and Suzanne will not be a part of any CQC team inspecting your services.
