Land Logical is an independently owned and managed company that provides creative, practical, and cost effective solutions and services for landowners and the construction industry.

The UK is an increasingly crowded island, where the drivers for sustainable use of land and natural resources have never been greater. We pride ourselves in building a business where our technical expertise and capabilities are matched by a commitment to innovation and ‘going the extra mile’ for customers.

The combined knowledge and experience of Land Logical’s staff in land restoration and remediation, aggregate extraction, landfill gas to energy, demolition and the management of waste add up to hundreds of years! Apart from the in-house team, we have relationships with many other professionals in specialist disciplines, such as PDE, Initial, Land Fill Gas Systems and numerous construction waste hauliers, so that we have the flexibility to provide the right expertise for every job.

We employ a full-time dedicated Heath & Safety Officer, have a robust Environmental Management policies in line with ISO 14001, and provide outcomes to ISO 9001 standard quality.

Land Logical can take an interest in projects from inception, starting with a willingness to undertake self-funded site assessments and viability appraisals, through all aspects of securing permissions and consents for implementation, to practical delivery and post-completion management.

We take on difficult, complicated sites, maybe with contamination or gas management issues that are acting as a deterrent to their re-use. We're equally adept at working for and understanding the needs of both public and private sector clients, and are happy to partner with the voluntary sector too. We have the ability to purchase land, create and share royalties from projects undertaken, or simply work on a fee basis.

Whether its land that requires engineered development platforms, or sites that lend themselves to an after-use for recreation or natural habitat as 'green infrastructure', that's no problem for Land Logical. We also understand the potential for mixed-uses, through which revenue streams can be created for the sustainable management of the landscape that would otherwise not be possible.

We are particularly skilled at schemes that involve the potential for green energy, water bodies and wetlands, or active leisure pursuits.

But it’s not just what we do but how we do it that makes Land Logical different. Our approach to the remediation of land, the process of which can create inconvenience to surrounding communities, is to consult locally with integrity and invest some of the revenues created back into them to address local needs. Where it appropriate to involve local people in projects, provide jobs or maybe educational activities, then these will be built into the planning too.
