We like to use plain english rather than jargon as we think this helps clarity and is often welcomed by people on our courses.
Whilst we like to be informal, we are professional and rely on our reputation for being organised and reliable.
We provide a range of specialist training courses to meet the needs of professionals who provide support to vulnerable children, young people and adults.
We ensure that we provide training courses which are relevant to all aspects of the health, social care and education sectors, including children, young people and adult services and work hard to make sure all of our training courses are enjoyable, informative and exceed the required standards and expectations.
All of our training courses have been designed to business needs and can contribute to the requirements of relevant national diploma outcomes. We keep all our courses upto date with latest changes to regulation and legislation including the Children's Homes Regulations which came into force on 1st April 2015 (Please see links to documents below for more info).
Our training courses can be tailored where required to any Oftsed, Care Quality Commission (CQC) or local authority requirements which have been asked of your organisation and can provide the evidence required to demonstrate that objectives have been met.

Our mission
We're a small and friendly company and so we thought we'd share a bit more about the people behind Ringway Training.
Mark is the founder and Managing Director of Ringway Training and has many years of experience in the sector, dividing his time between managing the team, ensuring compliance and running courses. When he's not training he has slight obsession with buying things…especially bags and aftershave. Apparently, you can never have too many of either!
Richard looks after all of our IT systems, website, branding and marketing as well as keeping the accounts in order and auditing our processes. When he's not doing that he likes a bit of DIY and is quite an expert with his power tool.
Dominic looks after preparing materials for our courses, registering learners and issuing certificates. Dominic also looks after some of our accounts - Dominic is good with numbers and controlling Mark’s spending! When he's not doing that he is either working on his aviation studies or flying.
We recognise for some people, training can make them a little nervous and so we always try and put everyone at ease by encouraging participation in a way that suits them and explaining the training day at the start which helps everyone relax and the training more successful and rewarding.
We always ask for feedback at the end of our courses, and use this to continually refine and develop our courses, we also continually update our courses with recent relevant case studies and events making the news.
Mark helped us to understand that we can all work together with the same aim to achieve a great service for our young people.
