With over 35 years in the food industry, and many spent in the Fish & Seafood arena, the last 8 years as Chief Executive of Seatek (UK) Ltd, based in Billingsgate, London. Prior to this Brian’s background has been with Findus, Nestle, Grand Met Foods, Warburton’s & United Biscuits. High industry profile built through strong business connections across banking, accountancy, major customers and industry bodies.
Jude has over 25 years experience within the food industry across all disciplines – majoring in Sales & National Account Management within the Retail and Foodservice sectors. Other areas of expertise include office administration, HR, product development, packaging and marketing. Jude trained and worked within the NHS and private sectors as a qualified Registered General Nurse before embarking on a career in the food industry. Jude latterly worked at Seatek (UK) Ltd as Commercial Manager, overseeing the sales and marketing divisions in the UK.
