Over the years we have invested in both our website and product ranges, now our website is able to cater for shoppers regardless of device, from your mobile phone right up to your PC. Our product stock is currently at 98% in our core range and we are always expanding the selections within these categories. Because we are a family business we know the importance of service, and are proud to boast a 2 hour email response time for 99% of our enquiries*. We know that sound product knowledge is all part of an exceptional service so we strive to get queries answered as soon as possible and above all with 100% accuracy.
We offer telephone support, however we are a small company, so often are dealing with orders and can not guarantee to be available on the end of the phone at all times. The best times to call us are between 12 and 5 Monday to Friday.
