PorthouseDean Limited, founded in 2012, specialises in the production of structural calculations and detailed drawings to fulfil building regulations conditions for mainly residential developments – from extensions and loft conversions to complete new-build developments. We provide services to home-owners, architects, builders and developers across the country – using the architectural plans provided by the client to produce our information.

At PorthouseDean we are committed to helping our clients achieve their construction objectives in a way which is both economical and aesthetical, but above all we’re committed to ensuring that buildings are constructed in a way that means that they are robust and safe for years to come. This means that we refuse to turn a blind eye to poor building practice.
Our objective is to continue providing low-cost consultancy services to ensure that our prices are competitive, but also to maintain a level of quality which ensures that our product is one of the best of its kind on the market place.
Chris has worked on a number of large scale commercial and industrial developments, but the bulk of his experience is within the residential sector which has provided him with excellent understanding of the requirements of the current Building Regulations.
