As a project reaches completion and deadlines are tight with many different trades and disciplines on site, both interior and exterior surfaces are more likely to be subject to damage. As a result, construction companies require the services of Gapple who pro-actively provide a full cosmetic surface repair facility including cleaning, polishing, finishing and snagging to all surfaces including windows, doors, wall cladding, bathrooms, etc…

At Gapple there are site management positions available for those with experience within the construction industry.
You would be working on construction and property sites throughout the UK. You must carry an up to date CSCS card. You would be assisting the paint sprayer and reporting to the supervisor on site responsible for Coatings to internal and external cladding. This opportunity would suit individuals from the car industry or main stream painter and decorators. Experience would fast track the right candidate; however, CSCS holders in alternative trades would be given onsite training. Transport and accommodation allowances are provided as you would be working in various locations depending on the needs and locations of the site. This is a permanent contract.
You wold be working for an existing new division of GAPPLE LTD, the glass and paint people. You would be offering a full turnkey, start to finish management of commercial refurbishments throughout the UK. Gapple offers services to both landlords and commercial agents of refurbishing commercial retail units large and small, primarily blasting and specialist coating services to external building envelopes. Day to day you would be business developing and existing new client base whilst also offering project management services to live jobs including recording variations to the projects during refurbishments. This job would suit a project manager with either a quantity surveying or site management background with also a flare for business development.
