Jon initially set up the company in 2012 after many years in the corporate business world, he gained vast experience and always based his work ethic on building excellent business relationships. Jill has supported Jon in J S Reakes’ journey and officially joined J S Reakes Ltd in 2015. Jill has had an extensive nursing career working in the NHS supporting people through challenging times in their lives, she has brought her transferable skills to J S Reakes Ltd and thoroughly enjoys building business relationships, marketing and being the facilitator with business sales.
JS Reakes provides a bespoke independent valuation and advisory service for commercial property specialising in the licensed, leisure, pharmacy and dental sectors. We provide an impartial, customer focused service.
JS Reakes has a strong track record advising large corporates with their internal as well as external strategic business objectives.. Jon Reakes, the managing director has experience in managing valuation teams for larger corporate national firms across all of our specialist sectors and is seeking to provide an alternative independent and established service.
