We have a dedicated Range Rover and Land Rover workshop with 7 ramps, a welding/fabrication shop, body shop, parts dept and trim shop on the A40 Eynsham, in-between Oxford and Witney in Oxfordshire where we store most of our restored cars and some donor cars for sale - we are constantly restoring Range Rover Classics so if you visit we can show you them in every stage from being dismantled in order to quantify the scale of corrosion in the welding and fabrication shop which is headed up by our resident "Wizard of Rust" - Stevie, assisted by Lee J (who is also a fully qualified technician and MOT tester), on through to the paint shop run by our super skilled father and son team Bob & Luke, assisted by Lee H, on to the mechanical shop which is headed by our Master Technician Paul, backed up by Land Rover Techs Ashley H, Tim and apprentice technician Finley then finally onto the assembly team headed by coachbuilders Guy & Pat and assisted by restoration technicians Chris & Dean.
Along side the restorations, we service and repair all Land Rovers (we have the latest Land Rover, Autologic & Bosch diagnostics) and we are an approved Ministry MOT class 4 test station for all cars.
Kingsley has a substantial parts and trim department headed by Ash and assisted by Lucy, Adam and Tony. We create unique automotive interiors in both leather and alcantara for Land Rovers - have a look at the 'Custom Commissions' page for inspiration for what we can do for your car or come and have a look at our demonstrators - we can make and supply the covers by mail order if you are on a different continent.
By offering all of our services in-house keeps our costs lower and more importantly affords a degree of quality control which is not normally found at independent specialists. We are committed to providing the highest quality in every aspect of our business.
As we are a family business with traditional values, offering a very personal service so we therefore tend to have long term relationship with our clients. If you are looking for something specific which you cant find please give us a call as we often locate Land Rovers to order and have 'non-shark' trade friends who will happily buy your part exchange car.
Kingsley Cars also provide a service where we sell your Land Rover or Range Rover on consignment - we will agree a sum to return to you and add our margin, preparing the car and providing the warranty within our fee - often returning you more than you would achieve privatly!
We have the ability to completely restore from the shell / chassis up or can offer light restorations or literally anything in between the two. Kingsley Cars also update or 'RestoMod' Range Rover Classics with many enhacements including the installation of Chevrolet LS3 430BHP 'crate engines', air conditioning systems and supply our unique custom made tubeless Land Rover 'Rostyle' wheels in 16'' diameter with 7J wide rims.
