We understand that you can you cannot afford to have any of your invoices questioned as this would lead to your payments being postponed. That is why we have worked extremely hard to keep our costs down to a minimum and we can offer you our excellent service in London area for a price that fully complies with the Legal Services Commission tariff of £23 per hour and 45 pence per mile driven (plus VAT).
* From 3 October 2011 the Legal Services Commission introduced a tariff for expert services in relation to all legally aided cases. This means that your process server invoices will no longer be approved by Legal Services Commission unless they comply with their maximum fees for process serving: £23 per hour in London, £32 per hour for the rest of the UK. If your process server’s charges are higher or they work on so-called ‘fixed fee/bulk instruction’ basis their invoices will be immediately refused by the Legal Services Commission.
