ABOUT ALPHA CARE SERVICE LTD

lpha Care Service Ltd management team have over 23 years of experience – working with young people and over 10 years’ experience of providing semi -independent services in multiple locations. We have provided from minimum support to lone placement support with positive outcomes for young people.

We provide services for Local Authorities based in London and in the Essex Area from Solo placements; multiple occupancy and 2 bedroom apartments. We are aware that Local Authorities have a duty and responsibility to ensure young people are placed as close as possible to their families and supportive networks. Our aim is to support this by offering flexible packages of care in these areas that enable Local Authorities to meet their strategic objective in a manner that is cost effective and outcome based.

We achieve this through Outcome Analysis, which is based on the five outcomes: Being Healthy; Staying Safe; Enjoying and Achieving; Making a Positive Contribution and Achiev- ing Economic Well-being. We have a quality assurance system that enables us to monitor the progress and share this with the social worker
