Copper Green Property Development was set up by husband and wife team, Simon and Sally Poskett.
Simon left school at sixteen to do an engineering apprenticeship at Lister Petter in Dursley. He worked as an automotive engineer for 15 years before transferring his skills to plumbing and heating. He was a self-employed plumber in the Brighton area for three years before returning to Gloucestershire. He then enjoyed four years employment as a heating engineer and installer for a local firm specialising in renewable energy before taking the decision to set up Copper Green.
Sally studied social policy and administration at Hull University and then went on to train as a Probation Officer. She worked in the justice sector for seven years before leaving to work in private enterprise. Across the past six years she has been involved in the setting up and running of two successful small companies and is delighted to bring her business administration and customer service skills to Copper Green.

With all works guaranteed for 12 months and a readiness to respond to calls outside of office hours, we provide our customers with guaranteed peace of mind.
We love bathrooms. With so many bathroom products now available, we help our customers to find the bathroom that fits with their home and their budget. We are able to offer a start-to-finish service that can include tiling, decorating and flooring. We are fastidious about the finish, ensuring we organise the plumbing so as not to spoil the final look.
Cost and environmental impact: often the two are in conflict. Modern sustainable heating systems can reduce the environmental impact of heating and supplying hot water to our homes but they rely upon houses being thermally efficient. We give customers upfront and clear advice about effective installation and ongoing running costs to inform decison making. Currently working towards our own MCS registration, we partner Tetbury-based JMR Services to provide air source and solar thermal systems.
