As a RICS regulated firm we provide our clients with peace of mind as we adhere to strict money handling procedures which ensure full traceability, and easy identification of client funds in individually designated Client accounts. We also use dedicated property management software, enabling us to follow Service Charge best practice and guidelines.
The experience and knowledge gained during our years of Block Management within the service charge sector mean that, should it be required, we can help Clients in any moves they wish to make towards their “right to manage”, if they are unhappy with their current circumstances. Also, through our sister company MJ Boaden Chartered Surveyors we can assist in the process of collective enfranchisement (ie. the collective purchase of a freehold within a development of flats / houses).
We can provide a dedicated, professional and personal service tailored to our client’s requirements.
BSCM is a Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) regulated firm whose staff have over 15 years combined experience in Block and Service Charge Management within the North East of England.
We offer a full range of Block Management support and Residential Estate Management to a range of leasehold clients and Management Companies. Developments range in size from a large converted house containing five flats, to a purpose built development of seventy one flats and houses. As part of our role we aim to provide a bespoke service tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients, in accordance with lease requirements, the management agreement and the relevant Codes of Practice.
