About Prince Inventories…
We are an experienced and established small business based in Midsomer Norton, Somerset, covering surrounding areas including Bath and Bristol. Fully independent, our clerks provide unbiased and professional property inventory services on behalf of private landlords, letting agents and tenants, using market-leading property inventory software. Prince Inventories started in 2015 – see below.
We are trained and accredited Full Members of the
Association of Independent Inventory Clerks, and Members of the Property Redress Scheme. We are fully insured for both public liability and professional indemnity through Hiscox Business Insurance. Our Insurance and Membership certificates are available to peruse upon request.
Prince Inventories was birthed out of a successful cleaning business which specialised in all aspects of one-off, end of tenancy and extreme cleaning services on behalf of both the private rental sector and local authorities.
Our experience of working in that environment for many years, together with training, membership and accreditation received through the AIIC has enabled us to provide a knowledgeable and professional inventory service to landlords, letting agents and tenants.
Through our previous professional and accredited training from the cleaning industry and our experience of carpet cleaning we are also often able to pick up issues such as insect infestation and other issues in carpets, and give advice on how to clean a particular item.
Inventories and reports are ready for you to download within 24 hours of the inspection, or sooner if you are in a hurry. We also provide you with a hard copy of your report, duly signed by all tenants, when used at check-in.
Here’s a picture of our Golden Retriever Prince, who we named our company after. A beautiful dog in every way, we said goodbye to him in 2013, aged 13. He was very special ❤
