Neil and Suzanne Ferguson are husband and wife co-directors of Sound Marketing Solutions each having specific areas of expertise acquired over many years working in their respective fields. Sound Marketing Associates provide additional expertise working alongside Neil & Suzanne to deliver a one-stop shop for all their client needs.
Suzanne has run Sound Marketing as a consultancy business for more than 25 years. Suzanne’s particular areas of expertise concentrates on helping companies and organisations achieve incremental revenue and continuous improvement in customer service across all areas of their business. Suzanne has provided services to clients in many industry sectors including Banking and Finance, Business Solutions, IT, Media, Export, Retail, the Motor Trade, and Photography. She has worked with businesses at all different stages of their development from start-up companies to well-known companies some with a global presence. Most recently Suzanne has been valued for her work in researching, designing, implementing processes and training that ensure excellence in Customer Service. Suzanne is an excellent communicator and an engaging and energetic trainer.
Neil Ferguson has worked in the IT industry for more than three decades. A seasoned sales profession in IT, Neil joined Sound Marketing in 2010 and provides Sales Consultancy for a number of national and international corporations. Using his network of high level contacts Neil is able to identify and qualify opportunities for his clients. He has been recognised on many occasions as the Top Performing Sales Person worldwide in his long career. His customer base has included many well-known companies dealing at the highest levels.
For the last 6 years Neil has worked as an agent for a small number of clients managing designated opportunities which are either business critical or represent high revenue sales. Often times these are as a result of an existing relationship between Neil and the end user customer and have been specifically identified as focus opportunities.
