Karen is passionate about customer service, and has a natural ability to develop effective and lasting relationships with people at all levels. She explores the needs and priorities of the business to ensure the best approach is taken, and will provide ideas to achieve the end goal, and challenge peoples thinking. She is highly organised, methodical and focused.
Karen is a qualified user of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, and is a certified NLP Practitioner. Karen has embarked on an extensive self-development journey including Trainer, Facilitation, Coaching, Leadership and Career Counselling Skills.
Karen puts a strong emphasis on developing relationships with other businesses and associates, through networking and joint ventures, in order to share best practice, provide mutual support, and to give a flexible service to her customers.
