Within specially designed Maggie's centres professional help is combined with voluntary support which in turn creates a truly unique facility for anyone affected by cancer.
Douglas Macmillan Hospice cares for people aged 16 and over who have a life limiting condition, this includes patients with cancer, heart and lung diseases, neurological diseases including Motor Neurone Disease etc. Their aim is to help their patients to have the best possible quality of life.
