Bowcombe View Shooting Ground is a recently landscaped and purpose built shooting ground located in Cheverton on the Isle of Wight. The ground works we have recently undertaken lends themselves to very interesting target presentations across our compact and sporting clays layout. It will also help weatherproof some of the higher stands and provide better sound insulation.The 11 acre ground also benefits from a permanent skeet layout. We are affiliated to the CPSA (Clay Pigeon Shooting Association) and have a qualified CPSA coach.
Bowcombe View Shooting Ground is a clay pigeon shooting venue, based in Cheverton on the Isle of Wight.
We are a family run business, running a 11 acre shooting venue that provides a sporting clays layout, skeet ground and a high tower for simulated driven game.
Bowcombe View Shooting Ground is one of the Island's premier shooting venues. Set in 11 acres with stunning views, a warm welcome awaits the beginner, intermediate and advanced shot.
Bowcombe View Shooting Ground on the Isle of Wight is a family run clay pigeon shooting venue, offering a continually evolving English Sporting Clays layout, Skeet and simulated driven game from our high tower.

From Newport, follow the B3323 to Shorwell. Approximately half a mile before you get to Shorwell there is a right hand turning at the top of Cheverton Shute, on to an unmade road. Follow the unmade road to the end and on your right you will see Bowcombe View Shooting Ground. Please note that the ground is set in farmland and from time to time, a gate may be shut on the unmade road. Should you come across any closed gates on the unmade road, please close them after driving through.
