Hi I’m Chris and together with the rest of the team we run The Flying Coffee Company.
As all coffee companies will tell you; we are passionate about coffee, but more importantly than that we are passionate about the services we provide to our customers and most of all how we can use these services to help our customers improve their business and income.
Having successfully been in the coffee business for over 20 years we have built up healthy relationships with suppliers, engineers, service companies and web folk right across the UK. All of our experience and contacts within the coffee world means we have a great depth of knowledge at our fingertips so we can ensure all our customers receive the best advice and technical support possible.
Although we are a business we also operate by the rule of free friendly advice, so even if your not a direct customer of ours and you have a query about anything coffee related then we have a lot of helpful advice and how to videos / data sheets on the web site. But if you cant find what your looking for please don’t hesitate to get in contact with us and one of our friendly team members will do their best to either help you resolve the problem themselves or point you in the right direction of someone who can, then once the issue has been resolved we will add the advice to our site.
Since we have started using the flying Coffee Company we have had wonderful comments about our coffee from guests. From the moment you place an order to delivery at the back door – everything is handled smoothly and efficiently. They provide wonderful staff training at all levels which is such a great resource for us. If we ever do have a problem with a machine, they come straight out and fix it – nothing is ever a problem for them. Great service by friendly caring staff!

Amanda’s Sandwich Bar & Cafe have been using the Flying Coffee Company for all there coffee needs for many years now. The coffee beans (Cafe Leonardo Grande Aroma) that we use have a great flavour and we have no end of great comments about it in the cafe.
