CCTV Empire Ltd was established in 2012 with the aim of not confusing customers like some other companies and specializing in one brand of CCTV equipment with the aim of becoming both knowledgeable in the product range and supplying & fitting one of the world’s largest brands - This was achieved in late 2014 when we started specialising in Hikvision products.
We have both a retail outlet with a trade counter. We also have an in house IT Technical support team who are IT Network technicians who can assist with most issues right away by either remotely logging into your system on your behalf or logging into a remote computer and helping. For testing we have a DVR/NVR “burn-in” room where all of our recorders undergo HDD/Burn-in testing prior to being dispatched to ensure we minimise the chance of you receiving faulty goods. All our staff as well as being parts of our sales teams are hikvision HCSA Qualified this means they have undergone training with the manufacturer to ensure they understand how to use all the Hikvision hardware we sell.
